Light and Dark

I've been in to Leeds today for some bits and pieces, including a Knitting Nancy. I haven't used one since the children were small so it's taken some fiddling but I think I've sorted it. I'm making some Christmas bunting and the pattern says to use double pointed needles for the cord but I was seriously struggling with that! Hopefully Nancy will do the job without the angst!

On my way back from Hobbycraft the sun hit these converted warehouses down by the river and I liked the contrast with the threatening clouds above. This blend of light and dark seems to be the shape of the weather at the moment.
