With the 'fall back' of the clocks last night cooking outside this evening was by sunset - and a glorious sunset too!

Philip and I liked to cook steak outside as it is easier to get the pan hotter (and causes less smoke and smells in the house!). I obviously picked up quite a bit watching him cook as the steaks were perfectly cooked.
