Window on spring.
Time to fix up the floor today. Years of reinventing the house had taken its toll. There were holes where the sinks had been, holes where the bath had been, holes for pipes, holes for wires, holes so men could get to the pipes and wires etc, etc.
Once it was done I covered the windows with windowlene and squirted cuprinol into holes where woodworm had been active and where rot had been found. (All dead but just to make sure!). It was meant to be odourless (huh!) but I now smell like a cat that's been dragged through an oil refinery backwards. My hands hurt too. The skin is all dry and tight. Awww....
Anyway, it'll all be finished soon, just in time for spring.
Image; three layers, the light coming in the window before the windowlene went on, the window with the glass obscured and a snowdrop. All combined using overlay mode at 100%.
