Menu: Leg of Squirrel

We went to a local church luncheon today, and amongst the many dishes that were loaded up on a long line of tables was squirrel. As in fried squirrel, served in a crockpot - mostly legs and what I have to assume were ribs. As in squirrel ribs. My husband and brother were brave and both took a bite each. I stuck to my nice mashed potatoes and corn and tried not to think about little scampery squirrel legs.
