I left the hotel at 8h30 and had to come back and asked if I could stay in my room 'til noon because the road was closed. I was monitoring Transport Quebec web site and at noon the road was still closed. I was about to go to the front desk to take the room for an additional night when Johanne called and said that a friend had heard on the télé that the 20 was reopened.

I don't know where the information got screwed up but after spending 4 hours driving around Lévis trying to find a way to keep going, I had to resign myself in going back to the hotel.

There they accepted to give me back my room at the same deal as I had. I have to say that spending another night at the Château Frontenac was more appealing than a dirty motel alongside the 20.
