Another marvellous day

Had a splendid day. Started with delicious healthy blueberry pancakes made from scratch. And since I had to buy oatmeal for the recipe I decided to try to make some healthy crackers as well with all different kind of seeds. They tasted pretty good if I do say so myself.

It was a beautiful day so my sister and I ended up going for a little drive outside the city. Just few kilometres from the city it was like winter wonderland. Amazingly beautiful. I had some trouble picking just one photo from today but more can be found on my Instagram, my username is helgaje.
