Criss Cross....

applesauce! A friend gave us a box of cooking apples, so I made a pot of applesauce today. We used to make applesauce every fall but haven't for awhile. I love it in my porridge and with yogurt. What a treat to have some in the freezer!
This monstrosity was in Ganges harbour yesterday and I got a couple of shots just as it was getting ready to leave. Can you imagine owning something like this? After Eight is the name, and apparently the yacht is owned by Don Wheaton, the largest GM dealer in Canada.
