This man needs anger management.

He doesn't deserve to have dogs.

I've reported him to the dog warden as he's a serial non-picker-upper.

If I catch him beating his dog again (and I'm quicker with my camera) then I'll be reporting him to the SSPCA.

The tan dog appears to be no more.

The white dog is called Lola and she's the only one who gets off the lead. She doesn't come back on his first call. She comes back eventually. She gets hit every time.

There's no such thing as a bad dog.
