High maintenance!

Never follow a Gordon Ramsey recipe book!! Venison noisettes and all the trimmings to Gordon take nearly three hours and four people to help .... I just wish I realised that two mins into starting the prep!! Lesson learnt and I now have a quicker version of his recipe!

Made some fairy buns with fresh cream, this is my mums recipe, maybe mum should write a recipe book, it would be more realistic for sure.

In other news I had my first badminton lesson today. I think I could like it!

Busy week ahead and two work dinners to get through.
