Every day now we have a new set of faces being arrested, charged with stealing from the Government coffers
Here the former budget pays his 18 million bail money from a bag
It must be a big bag as the largest note here is 1000
Figure it out
I don't tKe much notice but they appear to be charged with fraud. Larceny And money laundering

Later in the article it reports that father son uncles etc arrived with camouflage rucksacks obviously all fully laden

If it wasn't too serious it would be funny but I'm sure the German Government investigators will not find it so
