Tonight, Mike brought over his Canadian Tire equivalent of The Green Egg, a slow cooking porcelain barbecue on which he cooked a spatchcock chicken.

It was absolutely fabulous, made even better by good company and tasty wine. Lots of leftovers for tomorrow.
