Flooded

This is our village today. The burn at the other end from me has burst it's banks and come flooding over the road. Luckily it is now flooding into the canal where it can be released to the sea. It is actually supposed to run under the canal.

I like the new waterfalls.....was going to practice my longer exposures on this but it was too wet.

Off out later to Book club. book this month was "Of mice and men" I hadn't read it before but had seen a tv adaptation. Well written but the story a little gloomy.
