The big day

There has been a great deal behind the scenes communication and now the foster kids are being returned to the home they grew up in. It seems there were problems with them not getting out because of family fighting but it's far better to try rehabilitate them in their own home than to split them up. So I handed them over to their Mom after a long walk on the mountain.
It was just in time as there were more fights in the last 12 hours than in the previous month. I shall miss them as they were really sweet dogs.
This picture was taken at dawn ... Cadbury smelling protea as I did my usual walkabout in the garden ... my favourite time in the day.
