Paying his respects...

...at the Tower of London Poppies.

We visited the Tower moat again and stayed to hear the roll-call of 180 names of those who lost their lives in WW1, followed by the playing of the 'last post'. So very moving and the crowds of people who came to see this day's ceremony stood in complete silence throughout.

The appearance by the robin prior to the ceremony just seemed to add to the poignancy of the occasion.
