DAY TWO:

The festivities ended with a BBQ today with the weather marginally better. Not so windy & a little warmer. It has been a fabulous two days, lots of work by all the families, but much enjoyed by everyone. Today's blip shows last nights wedding cake which took your breath away; five layers of different cakes, fruit, chocolate, lemon & poppy seed, coconut, & lolly cake. Truly it was a masterpiece, all made & constructed by the groom ! Apart from making the cakes, the construction included fabulous intricate lace work with the icing. Truly a work of art.

Thank you for all your good wishes & messages of support. Although I have been very tardy the last four days, I will get back into the groove tomorrow. Love you all. It has been a wonderful occasion.
