Fun Before the Run!

James was pleased to see his friends at the Park Run this morning. He was tired and I think he needed the motivation... Amy had a friend over to sleep last night, and even though it wasn't James's sleepover, it affected the time he went to sleep too!

Before the run they had great fun in the newly fallen leaves. I don't think anyone can resist running through crisp dry leaves... such a great sound! Credit must be given at this point, to our friend Matt, who managed to capture this seasonal fun, so he is my guest Blipper today. Thanks Matt for some great shots... this was my favourite!
