My friend, the English Allan Kelly, gave an impassioned rant talk today about the evils of projects - and the disastrous practice of assembling a team for a project, only to dismantle it when the project "ends". Unlike a building project, computer programs are never finished. On the other hand, maybe that's just like a building project.
