Day Two

A big day for walkers and support crew alike. It's been a scorcher and pretty tiring for those who hiked 35 km under the hot sun.

Mass in a forest was a highlight today; even with all the bugs trying to climb up my legs. There' something so beautiful about celebrating the Holy Mass amidst nature.

Tonight marked the year anniversary of Mr Barking and me meeting. He arranged for a lovely meal at the pub we met in. The people at the pub put flowers on the table from their garden. Très romantique!

A late night for us after evening prayers with the pilgrims and good conversations.
