The Hat Lady

For the Endless Summer Festival today and all festivals in North Myrtle Beach, they close the main street to traffic and vendors set up their booths in the street. This lady sold only hats and caps in her booth, and she was agreeable to my taking her photo. I've not seen a necklace like hers before.
