Down and out.

Today both Nicky (wife) and myself were cleared out by Sas (daughter - six years old).

Initially Sas complained the game was boring until she bought her first house.

Once she realised the rent went up with a house on the street, she bought more and more houses. Soon it was hotels and that end of the board became a gauntlet to run.

A couple of mortgaged properties to pay her rent and she used the proceeds to buy houses at the expensive end of town and then we were both screwed!

If she could have mortgaged my soul when I ran out of money she probably would have!
