Someone missing

A funny ol' day. Managed a 45 minute lie down while dexter was napping plus Sam's dad took him out for a couple hours but I still feel like he's drained me of all energy.
I suspect he's slightly unwell and not himself. I beat myself up for not being able to make him feel better. It's ridiculous.
Dinner was aborted in favour of another nap.
The highlight of my day was seeing the smiles return to Dexter's face when his dad came home from work.
