Fifty-four!!

A lovely day...

Two spa treatments at the hotel in the morning (manicure followed by Indian head massage), then a quick bus trip into the town centre where we met up with Eddie - who had cycled over from Luton to give me a birthday hug :)

The afternoon was spent wandering around all the back-doubles and alleyways (over five miles of toddling) before enjoying a delicious meal finished off with cocktails and liqueur coffee.

And the icing on the cake (so to speak) is that the clocks go back tonight so I will get an extra hour of kip!

What a perfect birthday :)
