God Help Me

Hi Tom

I did park run this morning. I wasn't quick but I did it. It was really nice that a few of us went for a coffee after.

Next week I have the Nuclear Fallout to do.....this blip is one of the 40 obstacles I have got to get over. It was put in place today....I'm worried already. It's going to be very cold.

Apart from that I worked hard in the tennis court trimming back the honeysuckle, brambles, nettles, you name it and it was all poking through. I had a mishap when I fell backwards onto my pile of brambles...ouch! I'm like Calamity Jane. I was going to get a ladder out to trim the higher bits but thought better of it as there was no one at home.

Everyone else went down to watch Ipswich....not a great result but they didn't lose either.
