Down, but not out!

Today is my most favorite type of day in the whole year! It's 65 degrees with a bright blue sky, sunny, & a light breeze--I don't even need a jacket! The leaves are now falling in great profusion, making a walk along the street just a delight, as the leaves fall on you as you walk past, & the fallen ones crunch underfoot!! This leaf was one that had fallen down, but even on the ground it still continued to delight, as the sun backlighted it so beautifully! And to make the day go from "great" to "perfect", my daughter flies in tonight for a 3 day visit!! Can't wait! :))
