Day 7 - Filey 2014

A morning so miserable and wild we spent it indoors. Not in the cabin, but exploring the fabulous little museum in Filey packed with a wonderfully eclectic mixture of treasures. It always thrills me to see what catches the boys' imaginations in these places.

Then Aunty Mim treated us all to toasted tea cakes and hot chocolates/tea in Bramwells before we said goodbye.

And then the sun came out! Time for kite flying, digging, body boarding and football on the beach until the sun faded and we said hello to our lovely chums Vic, John, Jaden & Jasmine for an evening of chat and pizza. For a friendship founded on photography I don't think we've mentioned cameras for the last two years.

Another joy and highlight of our holiday.
