Customer Service
I was unimpressed. As I arrived, the girl behind the counter asked her colleague 'are we even open yet?' The colleague responded that she didn't know what time it was. I did know what time it was and it was a minute past opening time.
I got the impression that they would prefer that I ordered and paid via my app so that I did not have to interact with them at all.
It wasn't very busy but the whole of the hour I was there they sat about, looking rather miserable between customers.
Wrong job?
