Letchworth Garden City

This morning, I drove from Coventry to Letchworth, where I was visiting some more friends this evening. I took a walk round the town centre and was enthralled by this weird sculpture - a 25' high tube of metal, surrounded by fountains - only about a foot high. I laid the camera, with the fisheye lens on the ground for this, and shot at a high enough shutter speed to stop most of the water movement.
