Plan A had been to head to the West End BUT I suddenly remembered that the guy in the next street who runs his own spice business was dropping over some Moroccan paste which is rally yummy (although I do lace it up with chillies). I do try to support small local businesses. Plus I was stuffed we had a team afternoon tea and cakes OMG everyone ate far too much - 5 sandwiches (egg, cheese, smoked salmon, ham and chicken), scones, lemon torte and a choc something which was to die for!!

Plus because of Apache nipping out when the spices were delivered and my decision to retrieve him from the jungle at the side (not my garden) I have a leg full of nettle stings - I only wanted him in because the tabby cat is still luring around and the diet is going well so I don't want him dining out.
