Let the fun begin...

Teacher training day for local schools, so I had the girls home with me today. It was a proper lazy day, which was well needed as this is always a busy half term holiday. Apart from their swimming lessons, the girls and I didn't leave the house. Hubby had to go to work though. In fact we ladies of the house probably wouldn't even have gotten dressed out of our PJs if we hadn't had a very enjoyable visit from fellow blipper ASDays, who was in the village to see Hubby's photography exhibition and then came over for a cuppa and to share the remains of Arwen's birthday cake. I'm sure she wouldn't have minded us in pjs but we do have a little decorum up here in the hills ;)

Tomorrow is the first Halloween event of the season - Spook Night in Hexham. The girls have their outfits ready. I sense a theme...
