The Conrad Hotel is very plush and lunch is rather splendid. I may have over indulged just a little. Never mind, I will go to the plateau, with Caroline (who acts as my coach) - as I do every night - and walk until my Fitbit tells me that I have completed my daily challenge of 10,000 steps.
