Judy wears a frock

That's it.
This photo has little merit other than the historic one of Judy in a frock - a thing we (I anyway) have never seen before and may never see again.

She is opening the 45th Annual Rhododendron Festival Art Show, flanked by La Princesa del Festival and the esteemed Judge (of the artworks) and giving a very nice speech about the sometimes remarkable accomplishments of the many volunteers we have around here.

There are actually a lot of very nice works in the show this year. I might even buy one. It has been known to happen...

The canapes were pretty good, too.
