Drama in the sky

Wonder of wonders, we had enough of a break in the clouds at the perfect time, and I got to see the partial sun eclipse! John dug up a welder's mask from somewhere, and I could watch it. Right in the midst of it some clouds rolled in, it was pouring and hailing, then cleared up again for another look. The pictures I attempted are pitiful; this is a round about sort of shot.
