Youngest son had a bad time at his swimming lesson today. He had to get himself changed in the men's changing room, then try and find out which class he was supposed to be in. He ended up in floods of tears - all too much for a little boy who's only 7 years old....

I found this heart in the pocket of my winter coat, made by youngest son a few years ago. It's one of my favourite things :-)
