Here we go!

A typical Highveld storm hit just in time to catch most people heading home. It might just look like a typical rainy evening but this was at 16:20, a wee bit early for street lights.

We are not long back from supper out with Sue as an early birthday celebration. A great night catching up as she has just come back from a conference in London where she had a chance to catch up with her boy.

I have taken a couple of days off so I can get stuck into the garden but have an interesting job to do first thing. I will be taking Shiv to have a visit with a possible new friend. Given that she has already had a good chew of the truck I might try the jeep as there is less leather for her to get her teeth into. Keep your toes crossed!
