A hazardous structure

This is taken from the ferry dock at Fulford. The Fulford Inn is on the right and the main road on the island is near the middle. I didn't crop closer because I wanted to keep the low clouds on the left in the scene.
I've blipped the Fulford Inn or parts of it several times. The Capital Regional District has "...ordered the owner...to secure the building premises or face financial and legal consequences." (Gulf Islands Driftwood, September 10 2014) The owner had until September 29 to respond to the order or the CRD would put out tenders for all openings to be secured, and for the construction of fencing and barricades around the building and locked gates. I haven't seen any construction happening so far. It would be a shame to see this building demolished.
