Deep Forest Autumn Light

I didn't enjoy this walk despite the gorgeous light and crunchy leaves.

My legs felt like lead and truth be known I'm a little vague on the details of the day. I do know that every step felt twice as laboured as it should do.

I didn't know it at the time but I was being slowly consumed by a very nasty flu bug that would wait a couple more hours before taking me down like a rag doll dropped from the top of a large tower.
