The Sutors
I went out for a coffee and scone with Anne this morning to catch up after her holiday to Corfu. She had a nice time but abit of a shock to the system when you come back even though it's still mild for October.
After some housework Mike and myself went to Cromarty for a late lunch at Coupers Creek. The sun was shining so I took a few shots of the Sutors. The sky was a strange colour and there were some great clouds. The tree is still holding on to the North Sutor.
Had a very nice Panini, parma ham and goats cheese with red onion marmalade. Mike had the biggest open sandwich I have ever seen and we had a very nice cup of suki tea.
The setting is really nice too. Very homely, with pretty lights and bunting and stripey table covers. There are old tractor seats at the bar area. They also had a great selection of cakes but we were too full to fit any thing else in.
Plenty of birds in front of the first carpark near the Udale bay bird hide. Could nt stop but looked like 100's of ducks pecking about on the mud.
Off to see 'Thriller' tomorrow afternoon so really looking forward to that. Looks like the sun may shine tomorrow too :)
