A Bit of History

Been sorting out a box of old record singles today. Not mine. They came from my dads neighbour who died a couple of years ago. But I suspect they may have belonged to his son who was killed in a motorbike accident when he was young. So there must be some stories to go with them.
They date through the 60s with Frankie Vaughan being a favourite ( and there are 4 Frankie 78s). But also include Cliff Richard, Chubby Checker, the Beatles, Millie, Elvis, Tom Jones, Engelbert, Cilla, Petula Clark.
The box of 80 is going to a 'man on the market'. Money may passed over, but not expecting much. I just hope someone buys them to listen to and enjoy.
