Matfen Hall

I'm very behind this week with posting and commenting. I've been cramming so much into time off that I've not had time to sit in front of the computer!

Today I caught up with chores in the house and this afternoon had a 1.6km swim in the pool here at Matfen Hall then a steam and jacuzzi. We are members of the fantastic leisure facilities here which is quite a treat but we use it a great deal and it is a lovely oasis in which to exercise and then unwind. This was taken on the edge of the golf course which is something we don't make use of. Playing golf doesn't appeal to me, I like exercise to get the adrenaline going but I would happily caddy for someone, especially on this course as it is so beautiful.
