A Sense of Self

It was the week for taking self portraits on my photography class and like our tutor Susannah Conway I'm far from comfortable with them. She suggested several methods though and I experimented with them all today. This one was taken using the timer on my camera and while sitting behind my trusty sewing machine in my studio, that is the place where I feel most myself. More pictures can be found here.
