Stuffed Green Pepper

I don't normally take food pictures...but...all day long I was in my basement laying more flooring, and then cooking dinner. No camera time.

When we went north last week, one of the farm stands had peppers on sale. The reds were 3 for 2 dollars, and the greens were 3 for a dollar. We bought 12 greens, and 3 reds.

I had my dad and my 2 sisters, and Lisa's sister and her husband over. 7 of us for stuffed peppers. I also made some butternut squash, and cut up a fresh pineapple, and my sister Terrie brought baked beans. All topped off with nutty donut holes. Pretty good...if I can say so.

We had 6 peppers left. 3 went to the neighbors, and 3 went home with our guests.
