Curious

It was a grey day today, but the strong winds from yesterday had died down. I spent much of the day doing paperwork, including starting on my UK taxes, so by mid afternoon I was very ready for a longer than normal walk. The fresh air and the almost autumnal trees were a welcome tonic, even though the skies were grey.

We came across this old cattle water trough. Dolly seemed curious - "What's this, mum?"
