Birthday flowers

Busy hump day with a number of visits and a brief time in the office.

Whilst work/life balance appears to be ok at the moment the work in/work out is not balanced, more heavily balanced on the "in" side, not getting the time to move things on or finish tasks. It's not just me, my colleagues are also feeling this strain ........

Birthday celebrations continued tonight with a lovely meal out with my friends Daphne and Ann. We have been friends since the children were at primary school, we all live down the same road and are all the same age! Great to catch up on how the kids are getting on at Uni or work. Ate too much ......... but it was lovely, tasty.
