Have had a case in my workload for a while which was a report of really nasty and controlled abuse. Spoke to the person responsible today and they quite clearly don't give a shit. That's fine, their prerogative. What's annoying and disappointing (understatement of the decade) is that there is very little to back up what I've been told. The fact that this person 'will come around again' is of no comfort on this occasion.
