Close parking

When I got back to my car tonight I found this car parked, not close, but actually pressing into my front bumper. He (I am assuming he as many of the people parking around there are working on a building site, it could have been a she) did damage the bumper (there was only a few inches behind as well).

I make no apology for leaving the registration plate clear, name and shame.
