Moro Sky Bar

Today we had cold but wonderfully sunny day. I passed the tower hotel on my way to lunch and decided to pop in to take some photos, because the skies was sunny and clear. I was surprised how many people there were at the Moro sky bar; elderly people, mothers with small children and workers having a cup of coffee. Moro is a salutation like hi/hello and that word is used especially at the Tampere region.

After my work day I went to listen a Studia Generalia public lecture about
Kids and Internet. A professor talked about a multinational research network called EU Kids Online. EU Kids Online surveyed 25,000 European children and parents in 25 countries to enhance knowledge of children’s experiences of risky and safer use of the internet. The study uses multiple methods to map children's and parents' experience of the internet, in dialogue with national and European policy stakeholders.
