Glue

Went to a free performance at the Royal Exchange at lunchtime, part of a series this week for Family Arts Week. It was a monologue telling the story of a woman's experience of finding her birth family after spending her first 18 years in various care settings and how it upset the "glue" that held her life together. Very powerful and moving.
It's very late to the party, but I couldn't resist taking a shot of the red balloons that were all over Blip last week - a very belated happy Blip birthday!
