#2 son decided that the only way he was going to move to the next rung of the London property ladder was to buy something that "needed a bit of work".
This room is the one nearest completion.
I'm pleased that he has taken on this challenge. He can see what will be there rather than what is there at the moment.
The answer to the obvious question is that there is a large garden that is not overlooked.
