Waiting & Hoping

I went to the cafe today to do some baking as a trial. The lady rang me last night. I didn't sleep very well, I was so nervous, but it went really well, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. They seemed to be genuinely impressed with my work, too, and they are very easy-going and friendly. I'm going in again on Friday, to assist the baker (she's leaving in a couple of weeks), so I can see how she does things.
I don't want to get my hopes up too high, but I really want the job!
