A gift for my sister.

So much kiwi cuisine going on here - Whitebait fritters, pan-fired John Dory, Roast Kumara, Mum's Ginger Crunch, Steamed Date Pudding with custard....

Jennie won't get it until Christmas when we see each other and it will be a weighty tome to return home to Oz with. I'm sure she will enjoy it - graphics, photography and of course the recipes.

I might be elevated from only sister to favourite sister ;-)

One more big sleep until Dad arrives :-)
